We offer our future and already settled guests to get acquainted with the rules of accommodation in our hotel. In general, they are standard, as in many hotels. But for your convenience, to avoid misunderstandings, we publish them on the site. Book rooms in our hotels in Bukhara. We will be very glad to see you among our Guests!
The rules of accommodation
1. Guests of our hotel are accommodated only with the Passport or ID-card.
2. Admission and accommodation of non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out only in the presence and presentation of a passport.
3. Duration of stay in the hotel cannot exceed the length of stay specified in the visa in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Admission and accommodation of the Residents of Uzbekistan is carried out on the basis of a passport and the certificate of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan.
5. After the registration procedure and accommodation of the Guest in the room, administrator makes and issues a registration card, which indicates: personal data of the Guest, date of arrival-departure. This document also acts as a pass to the hotel. The Guest consents to the processing of personal data, the hotel is responsible for its confidentiality.
6. The administrator has the right to refuse the Guest accommodation in the following cases: being in a strong alcoholic, narcotic, toxic or other intoxication, signs of aggression, unstable mental-emotional state, dangerous for people and property, violent, inadequate behavior, causing insults to the staff and other residents, manifestation of physical and psychological violence.
7. Hotel guest has the right to invite unauthorized persons (not more than two people), with prior notice to the administrator, during the period from 10.00 to 22.00 local time, upon presentation of a document certifying the identity of the visitor. Unauthorized people as visitors of our guests are not allowed on the territory of the hotel, if they: are in strong alcoholic, narcotic, toxic or other intoxication, with signs of aggression, unstable mental and emotional state, dangerous for people, with inadequate behavior, causing insults to the staff and other residents, manifestation of physical and psychological violence.
8. Payment for hotel accommodation services is made at check-in or in advance, in full for the entire period of stay. We offer several options for payment of services and different rates, which can be seen on the website or by requesting a personal price list by e-mail.
9. Hotel guests are offered the following list of free services:
o Breakfast;
o Use of medicines from the first aid kit;
o Calling an ambulance;
o Delivery of mail to the room;
o Wake up at an agreed upon time;
o High-speed Internet and satellite TV (over 100 channels);
o Fitness club.
10. You can get the list and tariffs of paid hotel services at the reception desk.
11. The hotel is not responsible for: the safety of money and jewelry that have not been properly deposited. We strongly recommend that you use a safe deposit box to store money, valuables, jewelry, and other valuables in any form. Cash is not accepted for safekeeping by the administration.
12. The duties of a Guest of the hotel include:
o Observance of the rules and regulations established in the hotel;
o Paying in time for the services provided, including additional services;
o Using designated smoking areas;
o Observance of cleanliness, silence and order;
o Observance of fire safety rules;
o Observance of the Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
o Careful attitude to the property and equipment of the hotel;
o Compensation of material damage in full, in the case of loss or damage to property, both by the Guest and persons invited by the Guest of the hotel. A list of property values is available at the receptionist on duty. In case of any material claims, the case will be judicially dealt with at the location of the hotel.
13. The hotel guest is forbidden:
o Disturb the peace and comfort of other Guests of our hotel;
o Leave unauthorized persons in the room without the permission of the hotel administration;
o Give the keys of the room to other persons;
o Keep large items and flammable, explosive, toxic and other unsafe materials in your room;
o Engage in illegal commercial or other activities, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the territory of the hotel, as well as within its limits;
o Keep insects, animals and birds in the room;
o Smoke in the room and inside the hotel in places not designated for this purpose.
14. When leaving the room, you must:
o Close windows;
o Turn off lights, air conditioning and other electrical appliances;
o Check that the water faucets are closed;
o Make sure there are no unauthorized people in the room.
We strongly recommend that you refrain from smoking in your room and on the property. The fine for smoking in unauthorized areas is .
15. If you have any questions, you can always contact the receptionist on duty;
16. The checkout time is 12.00. The room must be vacant by this time. Check-in time is after 14:00.
17. If you need to extend or shorten your stay in the hotel, please notify the receptionist on duty at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to comply with this provision shall entitle the hotel to deduct the price of the room for the day following the date of actual departure, or to refuse to extend the stay if the room has already been booked by other guests.
18. Payment for the non-accommodation period is non-refundable, if the hotel incurs losses due to room downtime due to the Guest's fault.
19. If a room is booked in advance, advance payment must be made, at least one day in advance, or in full for the entire period of stay at the hotel. In case of cancellation, the money will not be refunded, as it may cause material losses to the hotel.
